KANDRA TO PERFORM LIVE!

Kandra will be performing LIVE at the HARVEST FESTIVAL on OCTOBER 31, 2007!

Kandra will be performing with the AWARD-WINNING Puppets of Hope at:
Hope Chapel Hermosa Beach
2420 Pacific Coast Highway,
Hermosa Beach, CA 90254

Performances are at 6:15 PM and 7:30 PM

Kids can Sing-A-Long, Dance-A-Long and Laugh-a-Long with Kandra.
They will remember THIS NIGHT FOREVER!

The evening also includes Games, Prizes, Attractions, Food, Candy ... ALL SAFE for your KIDS!

CARRY (Coalition for At-Risk Youth) 2nd Annual Gala Event a Huge Success!

The CARRY Charity event was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on October 19th, 2007. The organization was thrilled to raise so much money for these beautiful foster children of Los Angeles. Kandra has been on the board since it's formation in 2006. There is no better feeling than being able to change the lives of innocent children who become victims simply by their circumstances.

During the evening we honored prominent individuals who foster the mission of CARRY with Orchid Awards. Our honorees included Trish Ploehn, Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services; the Grammy Award winners Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr.; and Bishop Kenneth Ulmer Ph.D., renowned leader, author, community activist and Pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church of Los Angeles. It was a festive evening of entertainment, dinner and dancing with MC of the evening: Rick Dees. A Special performance by Grammy Award-Winner Thelma Houston topped the night!
